I do not know what to do anymore

I really do not know what to do any more. First i go to vodaworld to upgrade my contract just to receive no service at all. I left and complained on Hello Peter. So I tried vodacom dirct. They did the upgrade for me over the phone. Told me they will get stock on the 23rd. Its the 25th and they can not tell me if they have received stock or if they are going to. Now the contract was upgraded but I did not receive a device. Are vodacome even planning in giving me my device or not? I am not going to pay this account if i do not get my device. Please can someone contact me that actually knows what is going on in vodacom?
