Upgrade info misleading

I am due for an upgrade on my 0724914702 number, i loggend onto the vodacom website and went to the device i wanted, i did the upgrade yesterday at about 8pm at night. Now here is my problem: 1. Vodacom states on their site when you upgrade online you dont pay admin fees and upgrade fees, well when the order was done it said i will be billed 150 etc for admin etc, so false advertising? They clearly state no fees. 2. Their policy states, when you upgrade order a contract before 12pm that day you will get the device the next day (Stock availability) the device i wanted is in stock so since i ordered after 12pm yesterday i should prob not get the device today 10 oct i understand that but then definately tomorrow since today counts as a full day and technically the device is orderdered before 12pm today since i ordered it yesterday. So today i should not get it but def tom. Now my problem is i phoned upgrades and i explained this to the lady, she got so rude and had this major attitude towards me. She said i did not order before 12pm today i will only get the device in 3 days??? What are you serious? So you punish me for ordering 2 days ahead and not 1?? Thats bad cust serv!!!
