Supply 16GB Device instead of 32 GB Device

I Have Ordered a Samsung Galaxy Note 10, 1 Lte version online from Vodacom direct [URL Removed] Device info online states that the device is a 32GB device. On receiving my order, they send me a 16Gb device. I have called the customer care line over 8 times holding on for more than 25 minutes per call. I got threw 1 time after calling the JHB 011 no. The sales rep send an email to the supervisor team to get back to me urgently. Still no reply from any Vodacom representative from that department. A representative called to find out if I got the device and that the device was activated. I told her my problem, she or her manager would have come back to me within 10 min to sort out the problem. Still no call after 3 days! No service... no customer service I can contact! NO NOTHING!
