I called vodacom (011 653 6530) was on the call for more than 15 min to be told that i had to wait a further 3 - 5 working days to be refunded my money that is owed to me since November 2013.
why must i keep on waiting for my money that is due to me if the circumstances were different would vodacom be this understanding, are they going to pay me interest for the amount that they have incorrectly debited me. end of the day R1303.90 is alot of money.
