This is my second report and I am officially disappointed with service from Vodacom. I have been waiting for a upgrade reversal and a refund of the incorrect billing for the past two months. I wrote a first report on Hello Peter on the 20 November 2013. Then two days later (22 November 2013) Lomarie Van Dyk emailed me back to say that a refund will be done in the next few days.
I am still waiting and running out of patience. I NEED SOMEONE TO RESOLVE THIS MATTER NOW!!!
Vodacom has failed to redeem themselves after my personal information was accessed to do a upgrade on my Vodacom account.
I am very upset and just want my money back!!!
