I am so disappointed with cell c quick to my money but cant never come back to me.with correct feedback. i have a contarct with cell c and has never default on any my monthly debit orders and when i have a problem it seems like Cell c can never get it sorted . cell c are charging me for insurance which they take off every single month . my phone died on me and does not want to switch on and does not want to charge, i was told to take it to a flagship store (THE GLEN) and they will look into it which i have done. they have told me that the phone is unrepairable and i need to fill in an incident form which i did. when i am qurying about the phone i am told it take 21 days. why the do i pay for the insurance when i cannot get a replacement, when the phone is not working.
i cannot wait for my contracts to expire so that i can switch to anothe supplier . my cell no is 084 588 7786
