On the 28/07/2013 two contracts were added to my account. They were cancelled straight after they had been added as they were added incorrectly. On the 30/07/2013 Vodacom debited my bank account with an amount of R596 in respect of these 2 contracts. I contacted Vodacom on the 1/08/2013 and was told refunds take 14 days. They sent me a sms with a reference number. 14 days have come and gone. When I call Vodacom and eventually speak to someone after hanging on for 20 mins I am told I must go back to the store. How can I go back to the store when they did not debit my account - Vodacom did.
