I am very disappointed with the service that Vodacom is giving it's so called VIP red customers.
Since October 2013, I have been query my fianc? s account and to this date it is contradicting statements and poor services received. My fianc? s line has been soft locked, hard locked, 7 day notices granted but every phone call that I have made to Vodacom has proved fruitless and useless.
After reporting to Hello Peter I received a call that only bought my face for time being but as it is now, I am back to square 1.
I have reported the matter to ICASA as well but have not received any feedback from them at all.
After being promised a credit of R 31 000, Vodacom only credit R 26 000.00 on the account.
My fianc? was unable to make phone calls, send sms, send or rreceive e-mails yet for the months that we were querying with Vodacom has been billed the R 2000.00 for unlimited phone calls which he never made during the periods of the query seeing the phone was soft locked.
What is the R 2 000.00 charged for, for receiving calls? That is some price to pay for receiving ONLY.
I am unhappy with the service and wish somebody competent can deal this matter.
