POOR SERVICE AND HEARTLESS

In February 2013 I received a phone from Vodacom through FNB, I did not like the phone so I returned it and it was cancelled by FNB on the 20th of February only to find out it was not cancelled at Vodacom. I called Vodacom after I noticed that they have debited money (Feb-Apr) and they promised to refund me of which they never done that. I kept on calling and spoke to different consultants who promised to refund my money within 14 days and that never happened. On the 22nd June 2013 I had to drive from EersteRivier to Century City, I spoke to Thembisa who promised the same story of 14 days. Those days are over now, but NOTHING in my account. If owed them I could have been receiving calls each an every day. This company is so heartless and they do not care about complaints, that money can be a small amount but it means a lot to me.
