Last week my girlfriend had a problem with her BBM signal in Fairland. We had no signal for over a week. Despite reporting this numerous times to their call centre and following all their instruction to reset the phone we still had no BBM. Eventually it turned out that they had a problem on one of their towers. I reported this on Hello Peter, but got no response at all from MTN. Now her BBM that we pay R59 and month for has expired despite the fact we couldn't use it for over a week. Why is their no extension of airtime when these things happen and why do MTN deny they have a problem when they clearly do.
