Thanks for treating loyal customers so badly

I bought his phone brand new about a year ago.few months into having it the problems started with signal.everynight I couldn't get any signal.my phone did not want to send or receive anything.bbm's what's app all those kept failing.no internet nothing.sometimes it was so bad I couldn't even phone the service provider because I simply had no signal (SOS). I tried all the things the told me to do when I did get through. I booked my phone in this is not the 4th refurbished phone they gave me.and I still have problems.the guy from the signal department evens came to my place found there's no problem with the signal.he recommended they gave me a new phone.that didn't happen. I evens offer to pay in the differance for an upgrade, they not allowed to.took my phone in last week got it back on thursday they did a software upgrade.and still I have the same problems.thanks mtn for your treatment
