I work from home in Lyttelton Manor. I have full signal but as soon as i start speaking lots of dropped calls and very bad reception. Had this problem a bit more than a year ago, they investigated and found that there was a problem and was attending to it but suggested they will supply me with a signal enhancer. The reception improved and i did not require the enhancer, this was fine until April. Now it is very bad again (more that half my bill because I have to phone again sometimes up to seven times as can be seen on the bill) I have reported this problem 4 times in the past month with no response.
