I would like to complain about my bad network coverage for my 3G dongle, my cell phone coverage and my boyfriends ipad, all under vodacom accounts. we get very low signal in built up areas and little to no signal at his home in northdene, queensburgh. the new add for vodacom states that you get coverage everywhere and that is false advertising as we do not and when we phoned the vodacom call centre and followed all the correct procedures, we are still waiting for a response and its almost a week. we would like either boosters put up or the advert to be removed or changed or the signal issues to be resolved with more towers, a definite response would be greatly appreciated.
