Poor to no signal Quality

I hardly have any Cell C signal at home and everyone is complaining that they can't get hold of me, not to mention the amount of dropped calls. very frustrating. All the necessary paperwork was completed online submitted - 20 July 2013. After numerous follow up calls I was surprised to get a call from technical support engineer - 3 week's later, only to hear that the problem could be the phone and all my settings were reset... strange never the network even after telling him the problem is only when I am at home. I wonder how much longer am I going to wait before the next call... when I asked the answer received was 48Hrs.. I meant to ask if this was office hours... let us see. To those who are thinking of switching to Cell C please check signal strength in your area and please don't rely on Cell-C's coverage map on the their WEB site. Think before you switch.
