Since 8 October 2013, we have been reporting a signal problem to your Coverage Department. We filled out the necessary forms and received a call back telling us that booster towers would be installed in our area. In November, we were then told someone would visit our office to assess the problem, and to date nobody has ever arrived. We moved to Cell C from Vodacom and have 6 other contracts we wanted to move, but we are starting to regret our decision, as we are getting the run around. It is very frustrating to pay for a contract and service which we cannot use.
