i have a contract with vodacom, i made a few calls for the month and then after a while recieved an sms that i have exceeded my voluntary call limit and my line will be soft locked
cannot even recieve calls
what i am so confused about is that all my minutes have not been finished and yet i have been billed for R50 voluntary call limit and minutes taken
right now my line has minutes and sms's remaining, and i have been soft locked and robbed for the voluntary call limit.
this happend last month aswell, now i am not staying quite
vodacom sort this out right now!
also i wonder how u will try to call me as my line is locked.
