I went into the Telkom Office on 9/10/2013 to advise of husband's death and to the change telephone into my name, alsp to receive a R100 discount re rental due to being a pensioner. with the relevant documentation I telephoned the accounts dept. when everything remained the unchanged and was told that they could not assist. This necessitated me having to go into Telkom the Glen yesterday where it took over 1 hour to confirm all the details AGAIN reference 27168821 dd 22/1.2014. Fortunately I was in possession of the original order form E 0079465 which had not been entered! I was told that a dispute would be declared and that I might hear from them in March
