Disappointing service

Since October 2013 I have been struggling with Vodacom. I got a response to buy my face after I had written to icasa and Hello Peter but I am now back to square 1. My husbands account is soft locked again. Vodacom has promised to pass on credit of about thirty something thousand on the account which was just verbally discussed between us and my husbands line was open. Two days later the line was soft locked again. I have been in contact with Vodacom and have left countless number of messages for Delan to call me back the guy who is working at the data department but nothing yet. This is beyond ridiculous. This is ill treatment beyond measure.
