VODACOM RESPONSE THEY DECLINE TO REFUND ME MY R399.00 - My reply to them:-
They did not sell me the sim card as you state. I had to go and purchase the sim card from Ackermans. The product was not working when I left the store as they were experiencing problems with the stores on-line status.
The sim card was not RICA'd as I had no proof of address, which is another lie.
I was not advised to go and purchase another sim card, that is an outright lie.
My router which is a Vodacom router is not faulty as I downloaded and purchased airtime from Cell C which I am having no problems with. That is the reason I came in the next day with my pc, wifi router for them to check.
They informed me my pc was faulty which I proved to them it was not.
I demand that you stick to the Consumers Act law of SA as this matter will be taken up to the highest level.
I will not have R399 from me because your product you loaded is faulty.
The sim card bundle was not working when I left the store.
Your now leave me no choice but to seek legal advise.
