I ordered a phone online a consultant called me and took me through the process and advised that my phone was going to be delivered the following working day. Its now 22 Jan 2014 and I still have no phone called Vodacom was told that the phone was unlisted and that the consultant who was responsible should have let me know. Now they again say the phone is available but can only be delivered next week monday or tuesday!!
I am very angry and regret that I have a Vodacom contract for my current i-phone.
I don't want the phone anymore, I don't want it to be delivered, please cancel application. I will take my second contract with someone else.
