My Wifi Router not working, spoke to technical department, advised to take the router into a walk-in centre to test and exchange. Monday morning 04/11/13 at 10am went to Ceder square Walk-in Centre. Advised by Virginia that my router not working and will be exchanged. She tested a few routers in the store and none working, I arranged that she call me when she sorts out the problems, (left my broken router at the store), A day later no response, I called for Virginia but she was not available and also not return my calls, I called Neotel head-office and no one could help me, tarnsfered from department to department. RETENTIONS department advised that they will escalate the problem and I should receive a response soon, NONE received a day late
