Vodacom still has not loaded promotional data

In November 2013, I wanted to cancel my Vodacom phone contract to move to Cell C who had a similar deal at the same price but for an additional 1G data. The Vodacom consultant offered me an extra 1G of data per month to stay with Vodacom at no extra charge for a new 24 month contract. However, Vodacom neglected to activate the additional 1G data when my Smart S contract became active in December 2013.

I am now being charged out of bundle rates at a ridiculous price. After numerous calls back to the call centre, I am still waiting for a reply on a service request logged on 6 December, I have received NO reply and keep being told by the first level consultant that the "back office" has not responded on the service request yet. I refuse to pay for these out of bundle rates and will be cancelling this contract if no response is received by end of day.
