Poor service

I took my phone in for repairs at Vodacom shop in Canal Walk and they in formed me that will take two weeks and I asked for a loan phone because my sim will not fit into my old phone and I am not prepare to pay a R100 for a adaptor that I am only going to use for a few days. And they said that they dont have loan phones. Dont believe that!! So asked them to please attend to the phone as quickly as possible as I need my phone and dont have a spare, and He said he will make a note on the system. A week later I get a sms that my phone is now by the repair centre, I could not believe that so I phone and asked them how there collection of the phones works and she said that they collect everyday and dont understand why my phone is only there now. I have been emailing the customer care service and I am not getting any help from them, And I need to phone the repair centre to get updates on my phone. This is very very poor service!!!
