I Have had it with MTN, MTN Repair centre in Midrand where only they can fix or replace my 5 month old phone in 3 hours or give a loan phone as i was told by service centre in centurion mall. Now when i get there I am told by the manager Kashai that they will not help me as stock take is more important and cant stop one person to sort my request and had full knowledge of that i was to by centurion about loan phones and I have been trying for weeks to get this sorted as i work 6 days a week and a business man and cant find time to have this done nor be without a phone for more than 3 hours. they just dont care as long as they have thier money. I told them the next time i can get enough time to come back all they way to them for 3 hours of my important earning time would be a month or more they simply did not care and turned me away. i was willing to pay for a loan phone as i cant be without a phone. MTN clearly does not care about there clients that depend on thier phones for income as a business tool. I am going to tell every single person about this i dont care policy MTN have. I have complained on FB 2 weeks ago and new news
