I recently had the most unfortunate experience of adding a data bundle to my existing MTN contract. This took place at MTN Menlyn, Pretoria.
There is no customer service or any system in place. It took me four visits to collect the card! You are given a paper number that it written down. You then wait around and hope somebody notices you. The staff move around and enjoy socialising with one another. Nobody can assist you to how long the process will take and there is absolutely no customer feedback.
I will avoid this store at all costs in the future!
