I went to the MTN store in Bedford Centre Johannesburg yesterday. A lovely lady by the name of Zinhle Soyizwaphi, assisted me. She helped again today when I had a problem with the device I had upgraded to.
She is professional, knowledgeable, provides personalised service and it was such a pleasure to deal with her. I have been a client for many years and this is the first time that the service has been of such a nature that I felt compelled to send an email.
