I have a contract with cell c and i tried to apply for another cell c data bundle contract online. The sales agent phoned me and the moment i gave him my passport number he told me to go a nearest store to apply there, but im surprised cell c has my details already, they actually receive my monthly debit orders for my existing contract so why the should i go to a store to apply for another contract. Only i need is a giga20 contract why cant they use my existing information to process my new application like what mtn does. Is this how cell c treats all its existing customers then we have a reason to churn.
