After a very pleasant experience of taking out my contract at cellc menlyn, i now have had the worst after sales service.

I am not receiving the 600mb data that comes additional to the 400mb - it is a special on the samsung contracts. -----but i am paying for ti...
After visiting the store i was advised they they can not assist me and must phone 140,
140 says i must visit the store.
This was first reported on tuesday 21may, again on 24may, again on 27may, again on 2 june.
it just still is not resolved. in the mean time my account is adding up and guess who will have to pay for the data used out of bundle? ME.

contacting the store via telephone is also problematic, as the manager (i think) of the call centre had to phone me back and ask which number he must use to contact the branch, as the number on the system doesn't get any answer.

i am very disappointed. as this is my first month at cell c, and the account will be a mess. (EXACTLY LIKE MTN- the reason why i moved from MTN)
