Vodacom are so difficult to do business with

1. Went into store to buy data bundle to top-up data contract
2. Salesperson persuaded me to buy 2nd contract; made sense financially as it works out cheaper than topping up existing contract
3 .Contract taken out and salesperson used my cell phone to activate new SIM
4. Salesperson forced battery back into phone, snapping the datacard in my cell in half
5. Salesperson proceeded to try to remove piece of datacard trapped in slot by digging at it with a staple
6. Eventually after much insistance by me the manager was consulted
7. Phone was taken to be sent in to repair at the salesperson's expense
7. This was two weeks ago, my cell phone has not been returned
8. New data SIM did not work. Phoned customer services who said that the SIM was pre-paid SIM and I must go back to the store
10. Lost the 'new' SIM card carrying it around to return to store
11. Went into store yesterday, explained, and a SIM swap was done
12. Today new SIM card still not working. Phoned customer services who were unable to pick up 2nd contract, nor the new SIM card. I have to go back to store.

Seriously, this is ridiculous. I want to cancel contact and move to another SP.
