I took my Blackberry 9900 Bold to 8ta store in East Rand Mall towards the end of November 2013. They told me that I will get my phone probably after 21 working days. On the 6th of January 2014 I received an sms telling me that the phone has been delivered to the 8ta store. On the 10th I went to collect my phone but to my surprise they told at the store that the phone has not arrived yet. I came back for the second time a week later and still I did not get my phone. The lady who I was told manages the shop called me telling me that the repair centre do not know where the phone is because on the system it shows that it was dispatched. She later called again telling me that they want to offer me a new phone (Blackberry Q5), which I refused my reason being I cannot settle for a lesser phone whilst I'm paying a contract for a Blackberry 9900. I proposed they give me a new Blackberry 9900 or Blackberry Q10 which I believe it is on the same range as the Blackberry 9900, if they do not want to give me the Q10 they should consider giving me a phone which is on the same range as the phone they lost my Blackberry 9900. Since then they have not called me back. Please help
