Incompetence even after leaving

I stopped my service with Neotel effective 21 December 2013 after I have had numerous issues with them in the last 4 years.

My voice services was stopped on the 21st as indicated, but wait for it, my email still exists and I am able to access my mailbox and send a receive emails.

My first misunderstanding with Neotel which showed total incompetence, was when they decided that they have to delete my mailbox in order for me to move from my current plan at the time, to a different plan. Then they also successfully billed me for a device although I was the owner of the device and they also refused to change my banking details until I informed them that the payment was stopped, and they had to change it in order to get paid.

The final straw was when my internet connection became so slow I might as well have had a dial up connection, and was informed 4 years after getting Neotel that I was not in a broadband coverage area.

All of the above comes back to 1 thing: Incompetence.

I would not refer anyone I know to Neotel, as I do think that they have a long way to go.

Mark my words they are going to bill me for the mailbox use in January, not that I did anything other than cleaining it
