On the 19th of December 2012 I applied for a Vodacom contract with 2 Blackberry's for my children. In April 2013 the phones broke. I sent them in for repairs to the Vodashop in George. The battery of the 9320 was swollen up and the phone just went dear during the night and would not switch on again. The 9360 was sent from George to Johannesburg. The Johannesburg store sent me a sms telling me the quote is R 1881.00. How can Blackberry/Vodacom expect me to pay for it and it is the charging socket that is broken after 4 months.

Telling me that I broke the socket. The phone was busy charging and then just stopped charging.

Vodashop in George told me that the batteries must still come from the UK and that it is on back order. This is unacceptable due to the fact that Blackberry's gets sold in SA on a daily basis.

I am very disgusted in the service and the quality of Vodacom and Blackberry and their products. I will never support them ever again.
