I have a new contract that is less than 2 months old. The phone no longer works and I was asked to take it to a Vodacom shop. I've done this and now I'm told to take it to a Vodacom service centre. I contacted Vodacare to request that they collect the phone as I work full time and I don't see why I should have to run around to sort out their defective product. My request was declined with the standard bull you get from a call centre and I find it unacceptable. I'm the one who has a brand new phone that has to go in for repairs and I'm the one who still has to keep this contract for 2 years. There's just no customer service here and it's a shame that a company this size doesn't seem to think it's important.
