After numerous calls, right from the beginning to the service centre about not receiving e-mails, slow connection, wrong passwords, I had enough!!
A while ago we tested the slow connection of the internet, send it to Neotel, with only one phone-call that they received it and no further response. We tried to get hold of managers at Neotel, holding on for ages, speak to somebody and result is, that they are terrible sorry, they are not responsible for my problem, BUT... they will get somebody to call me just now... but they are so terribly busy to get back to me.
My feeling towards this whole organization is total disgust,
since 13.September 2011 we only have insufficient service
DO THEY ACTUALLY REALIZE THAT WE PAY THEIR SALERIES???
