I discontinued service with neotel in 2011..and was continued to be billed by the accounts dept... I took it up with the escalations dept. and even explained the situation with the Mac Roberts legal team... i was cleared after many months of haggling and explaining... i even informed one of the clerks early in my association with Neotel that, they had my address incorrect... it never was rectified... now 2013... I applied for a loan and only to find Neotel was demanding more money again (after it was clearly decided that my account balance was nil)... and even sent to the incorrect address... i'm fed up with their total incompetence... i have now lost a vehicle sale, due to this black mark on my name... and i have never... never defaulted on any of my accounts... but i refuse to pay... Neotel needs to be kicked out of South Africa... they are trying to capitalize on the exploitation in this country...
