Hi
I have a 2 meg telkom uncapped account that i cannot use for gaming since early DEC.
My response to europe servers is avg 600-1000MS
I hve reported this and they responded it is fixed.
I call customer service and wait 1 hour 20 MIN and NO AWNSER, speak to a consultant and they have no idea of the international server latency.
The problem is with telkom as i used a temp MWEB account and my latency was fixed 200MS
I also used my 3G and my latency was fixed 200MS
Im going to move my Line to MWEB as they are now more stable.
Telkom service is UNACCEPTABLE!!!
