I have had I torrid last 3 months with Neotel, Firstly i was given a gadget that did not work and after two weeks of frustrating calls and visiting them they changed the device for me but incorrectly billed me. I went through another frustrating period to get them to reverse the transactions and they promised to get back to me but never did, I was billed again this past month for 2 devices and I called again to ask them to correct and as usual they promised they would. No credit was done and a debit order for the double amount has been processed on my account, the consultants don't seem to know what they are doing and each month I have headaches correcting Neotels incompetence and they still cannot simply carry out the instruction. I regret having gone to Neotel and its sad they wish to compete with other network providers yet their customer service alone is appauling; I'm just so disappointed right now I don't even want to hear about neotel, and to think I almost recommended my work colleagues... Neotel I want my money back in my account today. I am not going to pay for your incompetence and lack of responsibility to your clients. Consider me one less customers on your books.
