I have purchased the Neotel internet Router on and Cordless Phone on 03/12/2012. I was ensured by the Postnet personel that my area is fully covered by the network and that I would have a good and speedy internet connection. At the begining I was able to connect in the specific areas in my house but the connection was slow. but I accepted it as I moved to a new house and the Neotel was my only means of communication. Honnect from my house at all and the only spot which was ocassionaly receiving the signal was one corner of my balcony and even there the connection would be extreemly slow, constantly interrupted and therefore if I wanted to download anything successfuly I had to make several attempts.
Being fedup with standing on my balcony for hours in order to perform any task on the Internet, I took the device back to Postnet and requested the refund. They said they would try to get money back from Neotel but a week later informed me that Neotel has tested my device and it showed that I have used some Gigs. Eventually they agreed to send the Neotel representative to my house to check the signal. Since then nobody contacted me again and my device is still in Postnet's possesion
