Poor administrative support/management

I cancelled my contract with Neotel and requested them to stop my debit order. They stopped the debit order before the month was over and the n without any communication from their side they get their attorneys to contact me regarding the outstanding amount due for the last month. They are treating me like the criminal, when in fact it is their fault the last payment wasn't made as they stopped the debit order to early and never informed me of the outstanding amount.
Then i am also charged an additional amount which "apparently" was from one of the months that they didn't deduct the whole amount from my account.
So because of their incompetence and bad admin skills and management i am being harassed and blacklisted for their incompetence.

Don't mind paying for the last month but the principle and manner in which neotel handles this is utterly unacceptable and dissapointing.
