Empty promises

Virgin mobile phoned me to offer me a cell phone contract so I accepted but beginning to see why I left them in the first place we did this whole process over the telephone after I got approved they informed me that the courier company would phone me to confirm the date where they must drop it off etc. this will take between 7-10 days so I phoned Lebo at the east gate branch last week Friday because I couldn't get thru to head office so Lebo informed me that head office has handed the phone to the courier company last week Thursday already I should get a call last week Friday or first thing Monday so I leave it and today I call head office and they inform me that the phone was only given to the courier company today I should get it Friday now my compliant is that I requested if I could go to a store and collect it because I am self employed and travel a lot so I don't know where I would be when they would phone now I have cancelled this weeks work for travelling because only I am allowed to accept the phone only to discover that I will get it only at the end of the week and it will exceed their 7-10day promise!!! maybe it is wise if I take this offer up at Vodacom rathe
