I am expecting a package that is supposed to be delivered to my door by the courier company that you use, the courier contacted me last Thursday and said that he would deliver my package to me at Mahamba Border Piet Retief. The package never arrived I have tried to contact the courier and he does not answer his phone, on Tuesday this week I was contacted again and the courier insisted that I have to come to Piet Retief as he is on his way to Pongola and cannot come to deliver my package. I informed the courier that I was informed that he has to deliver my package at my house and he then said again that he will deliver it to my house on Wednesday. However it is Thursday again and still no delivery!!! I have a contract that I need to look at before it is activated and still I cannot have a look at it. I have again tried to phone the courier and still he does not respond to my calls. Please sort this out because according to me you are paying he courier to deliver it to my house, it is not up to me to travel 60km to collect it in town.
