Insurance Claim

Having been a loyal customer of Nashua Mobile's since 2005, I would not have through they would frustrate and aggravate me as much as they have this week.
On Monday 28th Oct 2013 I went to their head office in Midrand, as my phone (S3) was broken. They said it would need to be replaced, but unfortunately they don't have stock in the shop, but they could courier a phone to me the next day. Tuesday came and went and no phone. Contacting the insurance helpdesk got me nowhere, as they said it is out of their hands. But promised that it will be delivered the next morning (Thursday).
It is now Thursday 31 Oct 16:00 and I still don't have a phone. The call centre agent promised me this morning that they will have the courier company do a special trip (and Nashua Mobile would pick up the R200 charge), still this did nothing. I have been on the phone for 1 hour!!! with Day Maluleke, whom is supposedly a senior manager in the insurance department asking for them to replace my phone with another today. As I have been waiting for 3 days now. Day said it is out of her control and she is not authorised.
The insurance I have with Nashua Mobile covers me up to R12 000 worth of phone.
