Zindile from elite mobile asked me if would like a upgrade on my vodacom contract. i opted for a blackberry z10 and when he advised me that the phone did not come with the "bis" service that i would get 200 mb free data a month plus another gig of data, both anytime anytime. i asked him to make sure of the offer before i accepted it, as that would be the only way i would accept the offer and after checking to make sure, he assured me that the offer was legitimate. after receiving the phone i was informed that the offer does not come with that 200 mb and 1 gig of data. management, after listening to the call and admitting that the consultant had made to offer of a gig free, said the best they could do was give me r150 which was equal to 1 gig, but only for 1 month. i already bought a screen protector and pouch for the phone, and all management said was sorry. it seems as though it's perfectly fine for their staff to mislead clients into purchasing their deals and then either having to cancel the contract or because of all the hassles, just leave the contract as is, ending up with a raw deal.
a very dissatisfied customer who will not be doing business with elite mobile ever again!!
