I had an upgrade on my MTN cell phone due to me. I got a phone call from MTN to confirm the upgrade. I received my sms with the courier details etc, and the courier company came to deliver my phone, but as MTN had my name spelt wrong the courier company would not hand the phone over to me. I have now been dealing with MTN for OVER a week regarding this matter, and to date have not yet received my phone. At this rate I am going to cancel ALL my contracts with MTN, as no one has phoned me back to let me know what is happening, when I will get my phone OR apologist for the mess up. It seems like they do not care. I would have expected at least ONE phone call from MTN regarding this, but nothing. I have been following this up with them and everything I get the promise that someone will phone me, BUT STILL NOTHING. I think they do not need my business anymore.
