So it begins on 18 December 2013, I apply for my upgrade and change of contract. Store had no stock of the device I wanted: White/Silver 32 gig iPhone 5S. I am told that the waiting period for an order is one to two weeks.

Three and a half weeks later (11 Jan 2014) I am told I can go collect my device from the store... The wrong deice was ordered, I was offered a black/silver device. When I pointed this out I was told that it's the only device that arrived. I asked how long until the device I ordered will arrive because I wasn't going to spend two years with a device I wasn't happy with, I was told it would arrive within the next week.

My current contract expires TODAY (21 Jan 2014) and I am still waiting. It has now been five weeks instead of one to two weeks. I sent a mail to Autopage on Thursday 16 Jan 2014, the mail was forwarded to the upgrades department. Still no feedback from them either.

How much longer am i going to have to wait? I have had nothing but good service from Autopage in the past, but right now I am willing to cancel the upgrade and my current contract and go direct to Vodacom. Your stores and staff need to learn how to give proper delivery date estimations
