I had dropped my Galaxy Tab, so i had sent it in to AUTOPAGE as i have insurance on the device through AUTOPAGE. My Tab was sent to head office on the 11th of March 2013.In the mean time AUTOPAGE PONGOLA has been trying to help me figure out whats taking head office so long to find out how they are going to repair my device. The only damage on the device is the glass screen. it can still be used. for the past 3 to 4 weeks i have been calling and so has the branche, to try and see what the outcome is but still they say that they are waiting for their repair team to send the report through. The device had to be re-booked by the branche about 3 times because their head office messed up. Last week i spoke to their head office once again and i was told they would send it through within the week. I I had not heard or recieved anything back. I had called today once again to to AUTOPAGE head office to find out what is going on. To my surprise i was then told that they have no record of me sending my device in... after numerous AUTOPAGE HEAD OFFICE employees had said to me that they were still waiting for the report!!!
Service is pathetic and unacceptable. PONGOLA BRANCHE AWESOME SERVICE
