I received (as an upgrade to an existing contract) a sony xperia tablet z. The display is faulty ie. I can only see 2/3 of the screen. the other 1/3 is black. I contacted autopage immediately informing them of the device that was dead on arrival. I have now been informed that it will take 2-7 days for them to collect the device, and no indication as to how long it will take to replace the device. As this is a brand new device I expect that I should be able to get it swopped out immediately, or have the option to return it to the nearest store for a replacement. I don't see why it should weeks for them to replace a device that was faulty on arrival.
