OUTSTANDING!!!

I had a problem connecting to the internet, i called Saturday and was on the call for nearly 2 hours was placed on hold most of the time spoke to a TL (Zama) as well and no one could help me, i called in Monday (20/01/2014) at 4:45 with the hopes that there is someone in the centre that will help me, then i got through to SHIRLEY, she went the extra mile to help me and even called me back, and guess what, after that call i could connect to the internet, she gave me the best service and was very patient and kind, what a pleasure to be dealing with someone that knows what she was doing. thanks for all your help SHIRLEY
