I have applied for a Samsung 10" tablet on 25/03 via mail, on 26/03 I asked how long it will take Anesh did not reply, on 27 he asked for my delivery address I send it to him same day at 12H00. I phoned on 02/04 I was told that all has been approved no problems, no one ever told me about a stock problem. I phone Anesh on 03/04 and explained again I need the device urgently and asked for a manager to call me, until today no call.
I spoke to Clive on 05/04 to speak to a manager and he tried to help me and said that my device is there already he will sort it out I will receive it on 08/04 well now the device was only invoiced out on 08/04 and I am loosing business the longer I wait. the device needs to be setup on Advance Mobility. When payment is due they want it but if we can not do the work how can we pay the bill. Now today I am told that there has been a problem with the stores sending out the orders. I have been with autopage for about 10 years and the service is getting worse by the day. I never had a problem with autopage until this year I need help what am I supposed to do.
