I took a Cell C contract out over the phone with Cell C direct the offer was the Blackberry Z10 on Straight Up 100 with The Lite Plan included (Unlimited BBM 500mb of data) having received my phone and checked online I can see that no Blackberry lite plan is loaded onto my account and therefore I am being charged for my usage which is currently at 'Current Usage: 29.4 Rand' in less than a week of having the phone. I have sent an email to cell c customer care and not received a response, I also have called there contact centre who couldn't help and stated it has been escalated and I should expect to be called in the next two days.
It's frustrating and disappointing that the service I agreed to and am paying for I am not receiving and that Cell C won't rectify the situation swiftly as they are charging me for any mb of data used.
